David Fink

David Fink

David is a bright, young lawyer, whose architectural background provides a fundamental understanding of what construction clients need from an attorney.

Mr. Fink has represented homebuilders, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in matters encompassing all areas of commercial and residential construction law, including construction defects, mechanic’s liens, contract disputes and collections. He has also assisted clients facing civil litigation involving commercial collections, personal injury defense, as well as other commercial and real property disputes.

Mr. Fink earned a masters degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University in 2001. After graduating he went to work for a small architecture firm in Lubbock, Texas and then Charles Cunniffe Architects in Aspen, Colorado where he was involved in designing multi-million dollar projects.

He went on to study law at the University of Tulsa where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, was active in moot court competitions, and worked in the Elder Law Program at the Boesche Legal Clinic. David graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2006. David was admitted to practice law in the State of Texas on November 3, 2006. Since then, Mr. Fink has been an associate with the Israel L. Suster Law Office handling construction related litigation.
