Amanda L. Thornton was admitted to practice law in the State of Texas in November of 2007.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Texas in 2003.  After college she attended Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas where she received her Juris Doctor in 2007

Ms. Thornton is a qualified mediator having completed training through Texas Wesleyan University School of Law’s Mediation Clinic.

 Ms. Thornton has previous legal experience in family law through her work with the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, Law Clinic as well as previous experience in civil litigation through her work with Liberty Mutual In-House Counsel.
